MDY-type hydraulic cotton baler maintenance and upkeep
(1) Packing work should be carried out by a dedicated person, and the operator should fully understand the process flow and usage requirements of the baling machine.
(2) Always check whether the joints of the machine parts are firm, whether the rotation is sensitive, and whether the parts are worn. During the cleaning period, large parts of the machinery, such as beams, bases, columns, main cylinders, pre-pressure systems, cotton feeding devices, connections and fasteners of hydraulic pipe flanges, etc., must be inspected every 3 to 5 days, and other small parts must be inspected every 3 to 5 days. The connections and fasteners of the parts must be checked every day, and if any problems are found, stop the machine and deal with them promptly.
(3) All rotating parts must be regularly lubricated and cleaned.
(4) The oil level of the fuel tank should be visible in the oil mark. The oil should be filtered regularly (preferably once a year) or the oil should be replaced. When filtering or changing the oil, the fuel tank must be thoroughly cleaned. When the filter element of the filter is clogged (there is a text prompt on the touch screen), the hydraulic oil should be filtered immediately and the filter element should be replaced. The oil pump room should be isolated and dust-proof to prevent filaments and other small debris from entering the oil tank or various hydraulic components.
(5) Always pay attention to the working conditions of the baler and implement safe operating procedures. If you notice any abnormal noise, shaking or vibration, etc., you should stop the vehicle immediately and find out the cause and troubleshoot before continuing to use it.
(6) If there is a fault in the hydraulic system, after troubleshooting and repair, the top pressure cylinder and pre-pressure cylinder should be exhausted.
(7) When the baler is shut down for a long time, it must be started once a month to prevent the hydraulic components from getting stuck and rusting.
(8) When the room temperature is lower than 0℃, if the machine is shut down, all the water in the cooler must be drained to avoid freezing the cooler.
(9) The grease of the rotary box reducer should be replaced once a year. It is recommended to use special grease-No. 2, molybdenum disulfide-No. 2 or 2L-2 lithium-based grease. The injection volume is 1/3 to 1/2 of the inner cavity volume. Maintenance of other motors must be carried out strictly in accordance with motor maintenance standards.
(10) After using the new machine for two weeks, all electrical wiring should be tightened once to prevent loosening (especially motors and contactors).
(11) Electrical components in electrical boxes, operating consoles and junction boxes must be cleaned of dust regularly.
