The person in charge of a warehouse in southern Xinjiang said that currently, except for some ginning companies in the region that have purchased large amounts of seed cotton, they are still processing it, and the processing and reservations for warehousing by other companies with small purchases have entered the final stage. It is understood that the warehouse has reserved more than 230,000 tons for storage, which is an increase from more than 210,000 tons last year. However, due to the high cost of lint processing this year and the slow sales of ginning companies, the outbound volume has decreased compared with previous years.
