On February 17, a team of experts from the Jiangxi Province Sericulture Industry Technology System for Comprehensive Utilization and Processing of Sericulture Resources went to Dongxiang District, Fuzhou to carry out research and technical guidance services on interplanting edible fungi in mulberry gardens.
The team visited the red matsutake and fungus planting base in the mulberry garden of Liwei Town, and learned in detail about the production status of the two types of edible fungi bases and the subsequent sales of edible fungi products. They also focused on the production management of red matsutake and fungus. Conduct in-depth exchanges with the person in charge of the base and provide guidance on technical key points, edible fungi harvesting methods and product value enhancement, etc., laying a foundation for making full use of mulberry orchards to interplant edible fungi and effectively increasing the production capacity of mulberry orchards.
