Recently, the first phase of the Honggang Textile Industrial Park in Changle, Fujian Province, the first smart energy textile industrial park in Fujian Province, was completed and put into operation. The park is invested and constructed by Huagang Textile Group. The first phase of the project can save the park about 3.836 million yuan in energy expenses every year, and the enterprise’s comprehensive energy efficiency increases by 16.5%. Currently, the second phase of the project is being actively promoted.
In the park, the reporter saw that blue photovoltaic power generation panels were neatly arranged on the roof of the factory, continuously delivering clean energy to the upgraded intelligent production lines. According to reports, according to the resource conditions of the park, the first phase of the project built a rooftop distributed photovoltaic power station with a total installed capacity of about 10 megawatts, with an annual power generation of about 10 million kilowatt hours, which can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by about 9,880 tons.
The textile and chemical fiber industry is a “big energy consumer”. Huagang Textile Group, as a key energy-consuming unit in Fujian Province, has seen its production energy consumption rise steadily as its production capacity continues to increase. How to effectively improve the energy efficiency level of the park has become an urgent need for enterprises. In response to this pain point, State Grid Fuzhou Changle Power Supply Company has joined forces with Fuzhou Integrated Energy Company to provide the company with a “package” comprehensive energy solution. On the basis of relying on photovoltaic power generation to produce clean energy, it integrates the Internet of Things, big data, and cloud Computing, artificial intelligence and other technologies are used to centrally monitor and manage energy consumption such as electricity and steam in the park, enabling enterprises to digitize and refine energy consumption, effectively reduce product unit consumption, and promote enterprises to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
“A total of eight major systems have been deployed in the park, based on clean energy, industrial energy saving means, and smart energy use tools to achieve smart energy applications. Customized advanced systems are used for high energy-consuming equipment in the textile industry. Implementing transformation methods to promote energy conservation in industrial equipment, the effect is remarkable.” Liu Zhongyu, general manager of the Honggang Textile Smart Energy Project of State Grid Fuzhou Power Supply Company, said.
“As a provincial key industrial enterprise in the field of chemical fiber textiles, we actively respond to the national carbon peak and carbon neutrality strategies and rely on intelligent energy-saving technology to improve the comprehensive energy efficiency level of the park.” Administration of Honggang Textile Industrial Park Department manager Tu Yijin said, “In the next step, we will continue to deepen cooperation with Changle Power Supply Company and Fuzhou Integrated Energy Company, and strive to build a zero-carbon factory.”
It is reported that the company has settled in Honggang Textile Industrial Park Enterprises will continue to deploy distributed photovoltaic power generation projects in the second phase of the project. Through the application of smart energy technology, they will effectively save the use of fossil fuels and increase the proportion of green energy.
