On the morning of May 10, Jiangxi Ganzhou CPPCC Chairman Xu Bing and his delegation, accompanied by Quanzhou CPPCC Chairman Xiao Hanhui and Vice Chairman Cai Mengya, visited Shishi to conduct an inspection of “Textile and Garment Industry Development”. Shishi City leaders Huang Chunhui, Huang Yanyi and Zhu Xian accompanied the inspection.
At Cabin Clothing (China) Co., Ltd., the delegation went deep into the intelligent clothing production workshop and Cabin Creative Park to learn more about the company’s clothing design, technology research and development, and marketing; in Xintai (Shishi) Technology Co., Ltd., the inspection team went deep into the production workshop to understand the current production and operation of the company on site. The two sides also exchanged views on how to promote the development of the textile and apparel industry.
The inspection team stated that Shishi not only has a complete textile and clothing industry chain, but also has a complete urban supporting infrastructure, a good business environment, and has broad development prospects in the integration and innovative development of the digital economy and textile manufacturing industry. In terms of space, the Shishi Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government have also done a lot of fruitful work in terms of policy, location, manpower, supporting facilities, services, etc., which is worthy of recognition and reference. It is hoped that the two places will strengthen communication and exchanges, focus on automation, intelligence, digitalization and other aspects of the textile and clothing industry, promote high-quality and efficient development of the industry, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.

He said that after more than 30 years of careful cultivation, Shishi has formed a complete textile and clothing industry chain, covering various fields such as textile raw materials, spinning and weaving, bleaching and dyeing, garment processing, auxiliary material production, R&D and design, marketing, etc. It has become an important part of the global garment processing trade industry chain. While the textile and apparel industry continues to transform and upgrade, emerging industries such as Shishi intelligent manufacturing, marine food processing, and photonic technology have also achieved rapid development. It is hoped that the two places will continue to build a good exchange platform, especially in the textile and clothing industry, to strengthen the frequency of mutual interaction, promote cooperation between the two places to take a more solid step, and push cooperation to new heights.
The delegation also went to Bagua Street in Shishi City to experience the profound historical and cultural heritage and learn about the latest development of the Bagua Street area.
