Entrusted by the China Textile and Apparel Industry Federation, the China Textile Machinery Association hosted the “3D Additive Printing of Textile Fabrics” jointly undertaken by Donghua University and Fujian Yili Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. through an “online meeting” on June 21. “Intelligent Equipment” scientific and technological achievements appraisal meeting.
This project independently developed 3D additive automatic printing technology and equipment for shoe fabrics: a redundant-driven high-precision alignment system was developed to achieve fast, high-precision automatic alignment of the screen; established The adaptive scraping force control algorithm can obtain optimized scraping force, scraping speed and other parameters based on the off-grid conditions of different slurries and the mechanical properties of textile fabrics; a highly integrated, high real-time 3D additive system has been developed Printing control system; developed high solid content water-based polyurethane glue matched with the equipment; achieved high-precision 3D additive printing with a thickness of more than 0.8mm through multiple overprints and overprints. The project has developed 11 models of 3D additive printing equipment, established an intelligent 3D additive printing workshop, achieved industrialization, improved production efficiency and product quality, and reduced comprehensive operating costs.
The appraisal committee listened to the report of the unit responsible for the project, reviewed the appraisal materials, and the testing team conducted on-site testing and inspection. After questioning and discussion, the appraisal committee concluded that the project has completed the requirements of the mission statement, the overall technology has reached the international advanced level, the economic and social benefits are good, and the market prospects are broad. It was agreed that the project should pass the appraisal of scientific and technological achievements, and it was recommended to further accelerate its promotion and application in the industry.
