In carrying out the practical activities of “going to the grassroots, monitoring people’s sentiments, resolving people’s worries, and warming people’s hearts”, the Fancheng District Local Financial Work Bureau visited companies and found that as one of the important industrial chains, many chemical fiber and textile industry chains Textile companies face financing difficulties due to lack of collateral. The Local Financial Work Bureau of Fancheng District and the Fancheng Branch of the Agricultural Bank of China applied for policies from the Municipal Guarantee Group, which led to the agreement between Xiangyang Jinghua Textile Co., Ltd. and the Fancheng Branch of the Agricultural Bank of China to grant an intended credit of 10 million yuan.
Currently, the Fancheng District Local Financial Work Bureau has collected 14 companies with financing needs in the chemical fiber and textile industry chain, with financing needs of 97 million yuan. Through special financial service classes, 6 companies have reached an intended credit grant of 61.6 million yuan.
