On September 1, in the Huangsha New Materials Circular Economy Industrial Park in Sanyuan District, a nano-scale chemical fiber with an annual output of 50,000 tons was invested and constructed by Tiantai (Fujian) New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tiantai Group. The finishing agent project (hereinafter referred to as the nano-scale chemical fiber finishing agent project) is undergoing geological survey of pile holes and other operations, which marks that another new energy project in Sanyuan District has made substantial progress.
The nano-scale chemical fiber finishing agent project is one of the action projects of Sanming City’s 2022 key project “Hundred Days of Attack”, with a total investment of 330 million yuan and an area of 61.2 acres. The main body of the project includes workshops and warehouses , water and electricity and other public auxiliary workshops, comprehensive buildings, etc. The project mainly develops high-end chemical fiber nano-level chemical fiber finishing agents. The products are used in high-end products in coatings, paints, papermaking, rubber, ink, plastics and other industries.
With the implementation and continuous strengthening of national environmental protection regulations, the domestic nanoscale chemical fiber finishing agent industry is facing challenges such as industrial structure adjustment and product upgrading. In order to implement the new environmental protection policy and improve product competitiveness, Tiantai Group has increased investment in technological transformation. After years of struggle, it has developed an advanced technology for the production of nano-level chemical fiber finishing agents, introduced high-quality nano-level chemical fiber finishing agent raw materials from abroad, and used patented technology to produce Through in-depth processing, we have developed a finished product of nano-scale chemical fiber finishing agent with high purity, good quality and leading international level. This process has the advantages of short manufacturing process, low “three wastes” emissions, and easy automated production, achieving environmental protection, safety, energy saving, and high efficiency.
Since the signing of the project intention, Sanyuan District has worked closely with the enterprise to assist in various preliminary construction procedures. After fighting for it, the land conversion plan for the second phase of the Huangsha New Material Circular Economy Industrial Park was approved. The Provincial Department of Natural Resources submitted the application for approval and coordinated the connection of 2,600 kilowatt-hours of temporary electricity from the first phase substation to meet the project construction needs.
