At the symposium, the expert group made suggestions to various departments in the assisting counties We conducted on-site exchanges and answers on the development bottlenecks and development ideas of the sericulture industry. At the same time, based on the current national agricultural development policy situation, the development status of the sericulture industry and field surveys, we put forward three guiding suggestions: First, use the special climatic conditions of Baise to vigorously develop high-quality Cocoons to improve market competitiveness. The second is the issue of the scale of development of the sericulture industry. Judging from the development in recent years, the sericulture industry is an advantageous industry in poverty-stricken mountainous areas to get rid of poverty and strive for a well-off society. It is also a pillar industry for rural revitalization in economically backward areas in the west. Consideration should be given to how to make the sericulture industry stronger and better. Third, in view of the development of artificial feed sericulture, it is recommended to develop artificial feed breeding of small silkworms first, artificial feed breeding of full-age silkworms should be developed in accordance with the opportunity, and more should consider the development of high-quality silkworm cocoons.
