New high-speed warping machine
The warp yarn drawn from the bobbin on the creel first passes through the gap between the yarn clamp and the column, passes through the end-break detector, passes forward through the yarn guide porcelain plate, and then passes through the yarn guide The rod passes through the telescopic reed, goes around the length measuring roller and is wound onto the warp beam. The warp beam can be towed directly by a variable speed motor. When the winding diameter increases, the tachometer generator connected to the length measuring roller sends out a speed change signal, and the electrical control device automatically reduces the motor speed to keep the warp beam winding line speed constant.
Strip warping machine
After the yarn is taken out from the bobbin on the creel, it is wound one by one through the guide rod, rear reed, guide rod, photoelectric automatic stop piece, splitting reed, fixed-width reed, length measuring roller and guide roller to the drum When reversing the axis, all the warp yarns on the drum will exit in the counterclockwise direction along the double-dot dash line with the rotation of the weaving axis, and then be rolled onto the weaving axis.
