(2) Pretreatment of silk: Tussah silk contains a certain amount of sericin and oil. Before putting it on the machine, put the silk ball in the humidification room for 48 hours to make the silk fiber reach a certain moisture regain, which can reduce the phenomenon of drawing rollers. . Generally, the relative humidity in a workshop is about 80%, and the moisture regain rate of silk strips is 16%-18%.
