Use of electronic weft selection device
There are many types of electronic weft selection devices, and the specific adjustment methods are determined by the overall structure of the main engine manufacturer’s loom. The following is a brief introduction to the general matters that should be paid attention to when using them.
(1) Electronic weft selection devices are generally produced by professional manufacturers in China. Most of them are used by main engine manufacturers, and some are used by fabric factories for replacement.
(2) Before supporting the equipment with the main engine manufacturer, professional manufacturers should sign a technical agreement with the main engine factory, coordinate the various performance indicators and supporting interfaces proposed by the main engine factory, meet the usage requirements, and provide acceptance basis.
(3) Professional manufacturers must provide a delivery packing list when delivering goods, including instructions, names and quantities of required spare parts, etc. Users can check and accept the items according to this step and check the appearance status, and there should be no bruises.
(4) According to the requirements of the loom use and commissioning manual, place the electronic weft selection device on the loom installation plate and fix it. Check whether the coil and socket wiring meet the relevant wiring requirements of the loom. Make sure that the socket and weft selection It means that the corresponding numbers and thread colors are consistent to ensure that the weft selection instructions are accurate.
(5) Check and adjust whether all connecting parts rotate sensitively and whether the fastening screws are tightened reliably.
(6) Check whether the height difference of the weft feeding working height of all weft selection fingers meets the requirements of the loom adjustment instructions.
(7) Check whether the gap size between the electromagnet and the electromagnetic suction piece meets the requirements of the loom debugging instructions.
(8) Check whether the gap between the selector hook and the swing rod meets the requirements of the debugging instructions.
(9) The main shaft of the hand-operated loom rotates once, and check whether only the weft selection finger works once. After starting the machine, whether the weft selection finger selects the weft according to the prescribed program. Check whether the scissor arms and scissors are cutting the weft yarn normally.
(10) Whether the lubricating oil level and the oil filling in the oil filling cup meet the requirements.
