1. Maintenance of steel healds
(1) Remove the steel healds from the machine manually or use a brush heald machine to remove dirt, waste wire and other dirt on the healds.
(2) Finish and straighten the steel healds one by one, correct the shape and angle of the heald eyes, and remove bad steel healds.
(3) After removing the bad steel healds, replace them with good steel healds. Note that the angles of the heald eyes and heald ears should be consistent with the original ones.
(4) A dedicated person must be responsible for the steel sheet healds to conduct inspections in accordance with the prescribed quality standards. Unqualified products will be repaired and replaced at any time.
2. Management of steel sheet healds
(1) Factory acceptance
(1) Acceptance shall be carried out in accordance with the “FZ94008-92” standard of the fabric industry of the People’s Republic of China.
(2) The boxed steel healds are pierced into plates according to the same heald eye and heald ear angles, 500 pieces per plate, 10 plates per box, a total of 5,000 pieces, and then put into wooden boxes, with stickers on the outside. Have product certificate. The packaging box and the product certificate should indicate: the model, specification, production date, quantity, manufacturer, trademark and year of manufacture of the steel heald. The packaging must be firm and moisture-proof to ensure that it is not damaged during transportation and storage.
(3) Verify the quantity in the box according to the quantity indicated on the certificate, and count the total quantity.
(4) Carry out quality inspection on the steel sheet healds. The inspection items are as follows:
① Check the length of the steel sheet healds, the sizes of the heald ears and eyelets and the thickness of the steel sheet healds.
② Check the angle between the heddle eye and the heddle ear.
③ Check the surface quality and coating of the steel sheet.
④To check the elasticity, hold one end of the steel heald with your hand, hold the other end with the other hand, and bend it to 200mm into a semicircle. If it can return to its original shape without deformation after letting go, it means the elasticity is qualified. .
(2) Operation management
(1) After each steel sheet heald is removed from the machine, it must be cleaned and matched.
(2) New and old steel sheet healds should be used in different grades. New steel sheet healds should be used for high-end fabrics, and old steel sheet healds can be used for low-end fabrics.
(3) Warehouse management
(1) The steel sheet should be placed in a drying room with infrared bulbs for heating and drying, good ventilation, and fire protection facilities. The indoor temperature should be controlled at 28 to 30°C, and the relative humidity should be controlled. At 50% to 55%.
(2) Classify and stack according to model specifications.
(3) Stack the packaging boxes according to the required height to avoid pressure deformation.
(4) Put it in storage first and use it first to avoid other problems caused by long storage time.
(5) Conduct regular inspections.
