Classification specifications and technical requirements of steel healds
1. Classification of steel sheet healds
(1) According to the different structures of steel sheet healds, steel sheet healds can be divided into single row steel sheet healds and double row steel sheet healds.
① Single-row steel sheets are comprehensively divided into: C-shaped, J-shaped, and O-shaped, see Figure 7-1.
②Double-row steel sheets are comprehensively divided into: OP shape, CP shape, JP shape, see Figure 7-2.
(2) According to the shape of the steel healds, they can be divided into two categories: open steel healds and closed steel healds. The shape of the heald ears is shown in Figure 7-3 and Figure 7-4.
①Front shape.
②Side shape.
(3) According to the materials used in the product:
① Carbon steel sheet heald.
②Stainless steel sheet heald.
2. Specifications of steel healds
(1) The basic dimensions of open steel healds are shown in Table 7-1.
