LH series water jet loom
The LH2000 series water-jet loom is a new model independently developed by Shaoxing Qixian Fabric Machinery Co., Ltd.
Suitable weaving varieties can weave hydrophobic chemical fiber fabrics, such as taffeta, chiffon, umbrella cloth, trolley cloth and combed cotton, etc. The fabric weight range is 50~500g/m. The linear density of fabric fibers ranges from 33 to 990 dtex (30 denier to 900 denier).
Shedding device Flat fabrics can adopt crank connecting rod shedding, and can be equipped with positive cam shedding, heald frames with more than 10 pages, and dobby shedding with 16 heald frames.
The beat-up mechanism adopts a short handle to drive four-link beat-up on both sides, and a lightweight beat-up shaft to reduce mechanical vibration.
The weft insertion device adopts a high-pressure water pump and a new rectifying ring nozzle to improve the clustering of the jet and the weft insertion capability.
The warp let-off device adopts a let-off mechanism with a heavy hammer to adjust the tension change, making the warp tension change more smoothly. The tension changes smoothly from the large warp beam to the small warp beam, and the tension adjustment range is wide, without the need for other compensation devices.
Length measuring device The single-jet model adopts RS length-measuring type electronic length measurement to ensure high-speed operation of the loom; the double-jet model adopts the free length measurement method of the weft feeder (ROJ).
The winding device adopts an automatic tension adjustment mechanism to ensure that the fabric is rolled up at the best tension, and at the same time, a pressure rod is used to prevent wrinkles.
Operating system The electrical control adopts a single-chip microcomputer operating system, which has the characteristics of precise movement, low failure and good reliability. Most of the strong electric drives adopt non-contact components to improve the electrical life. At the same time, electric weft detection is adopted to improve the sensitivity of weft detection.
The lubrication system adopts a centralized refueling device, which is suitable for high speed and easy to operate.
