Water-jet looms operate at high speed and day and night in a water-rich, humid and hot environment, which can easily cause wear, oil shortage, looseness, and dirt staining of some parts. In order to keep the equipment in good condition and ensure product quality and high production efficiency, daily maintenance of the equipment is very important. Here is an introduction to the general use and maintenance of water jet looms. 1. Use and maintenance of water jet looms GD767, GD768, GD767I, GD767IH and other looms can refer to this method. (1) Inspection and maintenance after the machine is installed 1. Preparation before maintenance (1) Start the loom and park it at the heddle level position, leaving enough length for warp joining. After cutting the warp yarn, tie it and tie it on the loom, and dismantle it. The lower empty shaft lets off the warp at the designated location and pushes back the new weaving shaft. (2) Prepare cleaning tools. Clean and inspect according to the working order of flushing, fishing and wiping, and notify the mechanic in time if any problems are found. 2. Inspection of the temple supports: Check whether the thorn ring rotates sensitively and whether the thorns are sharp. 3. Weft finder Check whether the weft finder head is installed safely; whether it collides with the reed; check whether the weft finder cable is damaged. 4. Check the V-belt in the let-off part for wear and belt tension. 5. Post-machine cleaning (1) Clean the heald frame and heald wires and check for looseness, and check whether the heald frame guard plate is damaged. (2) Check each joint of the lifting harness tie rod and check the looseness and wear of each joint. (3) Check whether the screws in parts with large vibration during operation, such as openings, water pumps, brakes, etc., are loose. (4) Clean and check the tension part of the rear beam. 6. Check and refuel the oil bath and each lubrication point (1) Check the oil level of the main transmission gear box. (2) Check that the oil level in the oil window of the dobby, coiling gearbox and let-off worm gearbox is not lower than the position line. (3) Use a grease gun to refuel at the centralized refueling point with No. 2 lithium-based grease. (4) Use an oil bottle to refuel at various points with N68 industrial gear oil: all parts of the chain drive, etc. (2) Operation patrol inspection and maintenance Operation tour inspection and maintenance are divided into three types of inspections. 1. Category 1 inspection Category 1 inspection is conducted once a day. (1) Abnormal noise: Check the main motor, suction motor, twisted edges on the left and right sides, openings, etc. (2) Reed protection piece: Check the length of the burrs, the length of the remaining wire end processing and the position of the left scissors and the reed protection piece. (3) Wire end processing part: Check whether the rotation of the twisting spindle is normal, and check the tension of the twisting spindle belt. (4) Mechanical scissors: Check whether the weft yarn is cut correctly, and check the sharpness and movement of the scissor blades. (5) Inspection of the twisted edges: Check whether the left and right twisted edges are perfectly formed, the twisted edges and the time. (6) Weight rod: Check whether the function of the weight rod is appropriate, and check the condition of the continuously variable transmission, transmission rod, V-belt and gear. (7) Silk end treatment: Check the reasons why it cannot be processed, check whether the broken yarn is attached to the nozzle, and whether the direction of the nozzle is appropriate. (8) Water absorption system: Check the water absorption results. 2. Category II inspection Category II inspection is conducted once a week or as determined by the enterprise. (1) Check whether there are wrinkles when rolling the cloth, check the friction plate and adjusting spring, and whether the friction torque is appropriate. (2) Pump cam: Add grease to the surface of the pump cam. (3) Length measurement: Check whether there is any residue of the slurry on the length measuring plate. (4) Heald frame and reed: Check whether the sizing fluid and grease have touched the heald frame and reed, and wash them off. (5) Brake: Check whether the loom stops at the predetermined position. If it cannot stop normally, you must check whether there is oil and foreign debris on the brake disc and whether the brake disc is damaged. 3. Category III inspection Category III inspection is a half-year inspection. (1) Check the tension and wear of each drive belt. (2) Pump: Check the wear of the piston. If 5% or more of the total water volume is lost, the water pump must be replaced. (3) Valve seat: Check the wear on the valve seat. If the momentum of the ball exceeds 0.9mm or the irregularity of the water injection time is more than 30mm when viewed with a strobe detector. (4) Braking: Adjust the height of the bolt to the brake disc gap of 0.2~0.4mm, and check whether the braking angle is correct. (5) Coiled matte rubber: Check the wear on the coiled matte rubber. (6) Check the looseness of the rear beam shaft during the weaving process. (7) Heald frame guide rail: Check the wear of the heald frame guide rail. The horizontal gap must be within 1mm. (8) Heald frame: Check the heald clips, frames, etc. in the middle. If there is any wear, replace it with a new one. (3) Maintenance of lubrication system Maintenance and management of lubrication system are mainly for oil bath lubrication system. Now we will introduce the regular maintenance of GD767I water-jet loom. 1. Inspection of lubricating oil (1) The oil level of each oil tank should be checked once a week. (2) The main drive gearbox, coiling gearbox, and lubricating oil should be replaced every 1.5 years. The lubricating oil in the main oil tank of a new machine should be replaced after 1.5 months of use. The replacement of lubricating oil in the transmission box of the dobby machine should be carried out according to the instructions. 2. Inspection of lubrication systemCheck: The lubrication system of the entire machine should be checked every 1400 hours. For oil bath lubrication, see Table 3-7. ​
