Twill Oxford cloth requires at least three warp yarns and three weft yarns to be interlaced in the weaving process. Each warp yarn and weft yarn can only have one weft weave point. The surface of the textile fabric has continuous tissue points forming diagonal lines. The yarns can be arranged densely, so twill Oxford cloth is relatively tight and thick.
In the weaving process of the plain Oxford cloth, which corresponds to the twill Oxford cloth, the warp and weft yarns are interwoven one up and down. It is characterized by many interweaving points and the texture is strong, wide and smooth. The density of plain Oxford cloth is generally not too high, it is relatively light and thin, and has good wear resistance and breathability.
High-end embroidery fabrics will use plain fabrics, while twill Oxford fabrics are generally used for printing.
