SJ type flexible rapier loom
The SJ736 flexible rapier loom is a new type of rapier loom developed by Shaoxing Fabric Machinery Group Co., Ltd., integrating the advantages of the SJ758 and domestic and foreign rapier looms. This machine adopts a four-link short handle and a short reed base to beat up. The rocking shaft uses a 110mm seamless tube structure to ensure the beat-up force and is suitable for high-speed casual and heavy and high-density fabric weaving. The sword transfer box is reasonably designed with advanced spiral bevel gears, and the transmission is stable and reliable. The tension device adopts a three-beam tension structure, which is very suitable for high-density weaving to balance the warp tension and improve the quality of the fabric.
