210D Oxford cloth, our Oxford cloth manufacturers use “D” to represent it. It represents the weight of wire per unit length. The larger the number before D, such as 420D, 600D, 1680D, etc., it means that the fabric of the same area is heavier. Polyester taffeta is represented by “T”. The T in 210T polyester taffeta is actually a unit of density. The larger the number before T, the heavier the fabric of the same area, such as 210T, 230T, 290T, 340T, etc.

210D means that each yarn is composed of 210 yarn count fibers, which refers to the thickness of the yarn count. 210T refers to the density of cloth, which means that each square centimeter contains 210 yarns. This is the difference between the same labels T and D. Comparing 210D Oxford cloth and 210T polyester taffeta together, it is obvious that 210D Oxford cloth has thick yarn count, thick, wear-resistant, and rough surface. It can be made into bags, tents, storage boxes, shoe materials, advertising aprons, etc.; while 210T Polyester taffeta is a thin, all-polyester fabric woven from polyester filament, which has a bright appearance and smooth feel. It can be used as tent linings, down jacket fabrics and linings, luggage linings, etc.
