It is understood that the project is a “secondary development” carried out by Shaoxing Yuyao Textile Technology Co., Ltd. using the vacated original land, with a total investment of 138 million Yuan, 4 high-end fabric production workshops are planned to be built. Among them, the fixed assets investment is 128 million yuan, and it is planned to introduce domestic and foreign high-end textile and knitting machinery and other equipment to promote the upgrading of the industry.
The project leader Chen Huan introduced that the land was originally a high-pollution and high-energy-consuming printing and dyeing factory. It was relocated to Binhai Printing and Dyeing in response to the policy requirements of printing and dyeing agglomeration in the area. After the agglomeration area, the company implemented “secondary development” of the land. The construction officially broke ground at the beginning of this year, and the current construction progress is progressing in an orderly manner. The main construction of two of the production workshops is expected to be completed by the end of this year, and the entire project will be completed by the end of May next year.
In order to strengthen product research and development and innovation, the function of a research center has been added to the project. In the future, jacquard, knitted, and textile fabric products produced by Yuyao Textile Company , the quality will be high-end and fashionable to better adapt to market needs. For this project, nearly 200 foreign high-end textile and knitting machinery, imported circular knitting machines, rapier looms and supporting warping machines, doffing machines and other equipment will be purchased. Currently, we have contacted interested companies. After the project is put into operation, it is expected to achieve annual income of 301.2 million yuan, profit of 12.32 million yuan, and tax creation of 8.85 million yuan.
