Recently, at the 2021 annual meeting hosted by the National Textile Measurement Technical Committee, the Sichuan Provincial Fiber Inspection Bureau won the title of “Advanced Unit for Textile Measurement in 2021”.
In recent years, the Measurement Station of the Provincial Fiber Inspection Bureau has actively carried out measurement verification and calibration services, and has verified more than 80 cotton bale moisture analyzers for fiber inspection agencies in the province. More than 100 inspections were carried out during the period, which provided strong technical support for the smooth development of cotton notarization inspection work; more than 100 cocoon layer moisture detector measurement verifications were carried out for Liangshan Prefecture and other related cocoon enterprises to maintain the dry cocoon trading market. It provides technical guarantee for fairness and safeguarding the interests of silkworm farmers; it provides more than 1,000 sets of calibration services to 7 grassroots fiber inspection technical institutions in the province and related units including the Tibet Quality Inspection Institute, ensuring the traceability and accuracy of the instrument and equipment values. ; took the lead in completing the preparation of 3 textile industry measurement technology calibration specifications issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and participated in the preparation of 2 calibration specifications.
In the next step, the Provincial Fiber Inspection Bureau Measurement Station will abide by the legality, impartiality and public welfare of the measurement technology institution, insist on deepening reforms and better utilize measurement The role of basic guarantees should be unified, actively serving economic and social development and fully fulfilling statutory responsibilities should be unified. The capacity building of measurement technology institutions should be continuously strengthened, and the role of institutional functions should be actively played to provide strong support for the high-quality development of the fiber and textile industry in our province.
