The HGA732T flexible towel rapier loom is a high-end towel rapier loom developed based on the HGA732 flexible rapier loom and adopting the raising principle of moving cloth surface. Mainly used to produce terry fabrics such as towels, bath towels, towel quilts, floor towels, etc.
This series has two shedding device configurations, electronic dobby machine or electronic jacquard machine (1344 needles, 2688 needles, 6144 needles). The hair warp and ground warp adopt the frequency conversion electronic warp let-off method. In order to ensure stable warp tension, a special warp tension control program is designed to meet the requirements of terry weaving. The coiling device can be configured with mechanical continuous coiling. The main weft density can be continuously variable, and it can also be equipped with gear-type step-variable weft density and electronic take-up device. It is also equipped with stop-feed and stop-winding and weft density devices, and can be equipped with off-machine take-up of large packages. The machine is equipped with a special take-up roller, which is suitable for weaving terry fabrics. The machine has a short body, is controlled by PLC, and is equipped with a human-machine interface touch screen for easy operation.
