Coiling: The needle roller actively and continuously coils. Rolling: The outer surface of the machine is rolled, and the diameter of the large package is 1600mm. Electrical control and testing adopt PLC to control the entire machine. It is equipped with buttons for start, stop, slow forward, slow retreat, winding, and cloth rolling. It also has weft stop detection, sword withdrawal detection, edge lock detection, and various fault displays. Vehicle speed display and four-shift output display. Simple maintenance and easy operation. Transmission: The main transmission is variable frequency stepless speed regulation, with a total installed capacity of 9.75kW. Main drive: 7.5kW, 940r/min.
